PETRA Perdana Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Petra Resources Sdn Bhd has accepted ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc (EMEPMI)’s offer for extension of the retrofits and host tie-in contract for two years.
The contract, starting from Sept 8, is subject to finalisation of certain terms and conditions. The contract extension is in principle in line with the terms of the original three-year primary contract term.
