Malayan United Industries Bhd
(MUI) said Corus & Regal Hotels plc's unit County Hotels Ltd has agreed to sell the 103-room George Washington Hotel in Britain to The George Washington Golf and Country Club Ltd for £5.63mil.
County Hotels is wholly-owned by Corus & Regal Hotels plc, which, in turn, is a 99.9%-owned subsidiary of MUI.
