Digistar Corp Bhd
has formed a joint-venture company with US-based technology firm, Rauland-Borg Corp, to develop teaching and educational solutions for the local and regional markets.
Under the joint venture the two parties would collaborate to customise technology developed in the United States to suit the requirements in Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific, said Digistar managing director Lee Wah Chong.
