THE Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) will collaborate with Instant Office Sdn Bhd to host a helpline to provide free online advisory services on the Budget 2004 proposals.
The helpline, with a panel of tax consultants from established accounting firms, would also feature a forum for the public to exchange views on the proposals.
