Tax experts to host hotline service


IN CONJUNCTION with Budget 2004, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, in collaboration with the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, will host a hotline for the public on Sept 13 from 9am to noon, while Tax Advisory and Management Services Sdn Bhd (TAMS) will hold a series of tax seminars nationwide.  

The hotline is to provide a channel for the public to seek advice from a panel of tax experts on the implications of changes to the income tax law affecting individuals and businesses, investment incentives, import/export duties, sales and service tax and other pertinent issues.
