KUALA LUMPUR has the potential to become a liveable world class city, going by the KL Draft Structure Plan 2020 and the will of the relevant parties to play proactive roles in making it a reality, Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) Kuala Lumpur branch chairman Datuk Jeffrey Ng said.
