KUALA LUMPUR has the potential to become a liveable world class city, going by the KL Draft Structure Plan 2020 and the will of the relevant parties to play proactive roles in making it a reality, Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) Kuala Lumpur branch chairman Datuk Jeffrey Ng said.
The draft plan is a ''statement of intention'' of City Hall's target for Kuala Lumpur's development progress in the next 17 years to improve the quality of living, working and business environment to make Kuala Lumpur a world class city that benefits its people, entrepreneurs, businessmen and visitors.
