KLANG Valley has ample land bank that would last a very long time and according to property researcher Ho Chin Soon “Klang Valley will never run out of land.”
Based on his research company, Ho said southern Klang Valley has an estate land totalling 73,740 acres in 29 estates while the North West region has 62,820 acres in 31 estates.
