A SOCIETY represents a gathering of people who share and distribute their resources for the overall benefit of everyone.
The national slogan of Taiwan reflects the underlying premise that society has to be a gathering of happy people: “Ching Tien Pai Jih Mung Ti Hung” (meaning “Bright Sky, White Sun, Red Covers Earth”). Emphasis in an organisation, therefore, should always be on the well-being and happiness of all its members. The leader must provide for the well-being and happiness of all the members.
