  • INDONESIAN businessman Oei Hong Leong has increased his stake in Jurong Engineering to 17.11% from 14.77% by acquiring a total of 983,000 shares at prices ranging from S$1.65 to S$2.05 apiece on the open market recently, according to a disclosure by Oei to the Singapore Exchange. 

    Oei had purchased the shares through Chip Lian Investments Pte Ltd. – AFX 

  • KEPPEL Corp Ltd subsidiary Keppel Integrated Engineering Ltd has formed a joint-venture company with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Ground Handling Service Co Ltdto provide maintenance services to the new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. 

    The company said it would make a US$793,000 investment for a 25% stake in the joint-venture company. – AFX
