SIMUNJAN Area Farmers' Or- ganisation (AFO) in Sarawak will invest in a new factory to increase the production of tebaloi, Sa- rawak's unique traditional snack food made of sago, and is a delicacy of the Melanaus.
The proposed new plant, to be built in Sadong Jaya in the Samarahan Division, will have a capacity of between 25,000 and 30,000 packets a month based on one production line, according to Simunjan AFO chairman Matahir Amit.
