SIRIM Bhd has introduced the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification scheme for the food industry.
Its president and chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Ariffin Aton said any food-related businesses could seek the HACCP certification provided they had established the system in their premises and had the prerequisite programmes in place
