NewHONG KONG (AP) - Hong Kong's new financial chief Henry Tang dismissed a deadline set by his predecessor to balance the territory's budget, newspapers and his spokesman said Tuesday.
"The target of 2006-07 is not realistic,'' the South China Morning Post quoted Tang, who replaced Antony Leung earlier this month, as saying.
