MICROSOFT (M) Sdn Bhd is stepping up efforts to increase its partner skillsets by investing an additional 20%, to RM12mil, in such programs this year, said managing director Butt Wai Choon.
Speaking to reporters yesterday in Kuala Lumpur, he said Microsoft was totally committed to the need to focus on and better understand its partners because it operated on a 100% partner-driven sales model in Malaysia.
