Facility Solutions Bhd's 4.1million shares made available for public subscription in conjunction with its listing on the KLSE second board have been oversubscribed 33.49 times.
A total of 49,735 applications for 141.391 million shares were received for the shares offered, said Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd in a statement yesterday on behalf of the company.
