MOBILE communication platform specialist Egress Sdn Bhd sees a RM500,000 revenue boost in the current year from its latest product, an entry level solution for small- and medium-sized industries (SMIs) to rapidly create and deploy short messaging service (SMS) based services.
“SMS-based services bridge the current gap that exists for companies wanting to reach out to their current and prospective customers,” Egress chief executive officer Angela Chan told reporters after the launch of its Odysseus Messenger Desktop v1.0 (OMD) in Subang Jaya yesterday.
