KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd (KFCH), which has obtained the Securities Commission approval for its proposed re-organisation plan, has no objections to the entry of any new shareholder; nor does it see any tussle for control of the fast-food operator.
“We do not foresee any shareholders' fight (as widely speculated). There is no need for a fight as this is a good company and anyone can buy shares in the company. Everyone will benefit if it is managed properly,'' KFCH group managing director Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani told StarBiz yesterday.
