VCN Bhd through Communication Network Bhd, a Multimedia Super Corridor–status application service provider, expects to list on the Mesdaq market in November, said chairman Datuk Abu Hanifah Noordin.
“VCN has obtained approval from the KLSE and the Securities Commission for its proposed listing,'' he said after formalising an agreement extending its cooperation with Smart Digital Communication Bhd (SDCB) in Subang yesterday.
