SYMPHONY House Bhd has proposed buying Global Innovative Management Partners-ACT Sdn Bhd (Global Impact), the information technology (IT) arm of Bolton Bhd, for RM200mil in a cash-plus-share deal.
The acquisition will see Bolton, which has given a guarantee that Global Impact would post RM75mil in net profit for three years beginning financial year ending December 2004, emerging as the second largest shareholder in Symphony House with a 27% stake.
