NASMUDI Sdn Bhd, a little-known bumiputra company, is said to have been given the nod to negotiate the purchase of the Employees Provident Fund’s (EPF) 16% stake in KFC Holdings (M) Bhd, the country’s largest fast-food group.
Sources told StarBiz that the price being looked at was around RM3.50 per KFCH share or RM109.8mil based on a share capital of 196.1 million shares.
