KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has extended its e-booking services and is promoting it by offering tax-free shopping vouchers to those buying tickets online through Sept 30.
KLM sales manager for Malaysia Estee Ng said in a statement: “In cooperation with travel agents, KLM is aiming to generate 40% of its worldwide sales online within the next five years.
