IBM is the leader in outsourcing in terms of most widely used and highest recalled across the Asia-Pacific region, according to a report by Gartner Dataquest.
The Gartner report on Outsourcing in Asia Pacific: Users' Plans and Perceptions showed that IBM Global Services topped the “most frequently recalled outsourcing services providers” category with 300 mentions, more than double its nearest competitor.
