S P SETIA Bhd will launch the country's biggest high-end residential development, its 4,000-acre Bandar Setia Alam in Shah Alam, early next year.
Group managing director Datuk Liew Kee Sin said 2,200 bungalows and semi-detached houses would be built in 10 precincts, covering 800 acres of the massive freehold township in Selangor. The estimated gross development value of this development, to be called Setia Eco-Park, would be about RM2.2bil. It would be developed over 10 to 15 years.
