LEBAR Daun Bhd will emerge as a strong construction group with projects worth about RM2bil upon the completion of its reverse takeover of Hiap Aik Construction Bhd by year-end, according to its managing director Norazmi Mohamed Nurdin.
With the exercise, Lebar Daun - the white knight in the rescue of debt-ridden Hiap Aik Construction Bhd - would see its paid-up capital enlarged to RM69mil from RM10mil now.
