TIENS Health Development (M) Sdn Bhd, better known as Tiens Malaysia, will soon invest between US$20mil and US$30mil in a plant in Penang.
Li Jin Yuan, president of the parent company in China, Tianshi Group Co Ltd, said the plant would produce herb-based healthcare products for the South-East Asian and Middle-East markets.
