CREST Petroleum Bhd has proposed to acquire Sapura Energy
Sdn Bhd from Sapura Holdings Sdn Bhd for RM186.3mil.
The acquisition would entail the payment of RM135.5mil for the 100% equity stake in Sapura Energy, a deferred contingent consideration of RM14.3mil, and the obligation by Crest to settle shareholders’ advances of RM36.5mil owed by Sapura Energy to Sapura Holdings.
