MCA deputy president and transport minister Datuk Chan Kong Choy has urged Chinese entrepreneurs to set up joint partnerships with non-Chinese groups to further expand their network and business opportunities.
Chan said overseas Chinese who had made their fortunes in their host country should share their wealth and knowledge with the local population.
