's card business group has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 by SIRIM QAS In- ternational Sdn Bhd for its operational activities related to processing and issuance of credit cards.
Maybank executive vice-president (cards business group) Ashraf Ali Abdul Kadir said in a statement the ISO certification was an acknowledgement of the group's efforts to enhance its service quality to customers.
