REDIFFUSION Bhd has proposed a 23-for-20 bonus issue and an enlargement of its share capital to RM50mil from RM20mil currently to facilitate the bonus issue.
The company said the proposed bonus issue would be effected through the capitalisation of RM5mil, RM2mil, RM95,818 and RM14.3mil from its share premium, revaluation reserve, general reserve and retained earnings, respectively.
