KHAZANAH Nasional Bhd has successfully closed its offer of 31 million packages of Covered Warrants comprising 29.450 million of institutional and 1.55 million of retail offerings.

The book running process for the institutional offering of 29.450 million Covered Warrants packages commenced on July 14 and closed on Tuesday, while the retail offering closed on July 18, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Bhd (CIMB) said.

Applications for 75.843 million Covered Warrants packages, priced at RM6.60 each, were received for the institutional offering, representing a subscription rate of 2.6 times. The retail offering, priced at RM6.50, achieved a subscription rate of 8.36 times. In view of over-subscription of both the institutional and retail offerings, Khazanah had decided to claw back 450,000 Covered Warrants packages from the institutional offering to the retail offering, CIMB said.

Accordingly, 29 million Covered Warrant packages are available for the institutional offering and 2 million Covered Warrants packages for the retail offering.
