Darul Ehsan poised to be serious utilities player after RM1.5b merger

KUMPULAN Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB) is poised to become a serious player in the utilities, infrastructure and property business with the completion of its RM1.5bil merger and rationalisation exercise, which resulted in the listing of subsidiaries Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) and Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB). 

KDEB president Datuk Zabir Bajuri said, with the completion of the merger and rationalisation exercise, the conglomerate, among the leading ones in Selangor, could focus on its core competencies.
