Perdana CEO: Demand for medium-cost homes

PERDANA ParkCity Sdn Bhd, which is developing the RM3.1bil Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur, aims to be a leading player of medium and upper-medium cost houses in the Klang Valley, according to its chief executive officer Lee Liam Chye.

He said the market for houses priced at more than RM250,000 was very stable at more than 10,000 units a year due to the growing middle and upper-middle classes and their increasing affluence.
