Property sales to pick up in H2

PROPERTY sales, which have improved in the second quarter, are expected to pick up steam in the second half of this year, with the return of confidence in the economy and strong showing of the KLSE, industry players said. 

TA Properties Sdn Bhd director Rabindran Thaver said demand for houses in good locations, especially around or just outside Kuala Lumpur city centre and other growth centres such as the Putrajaya and Cyberjaya corridors, had shown good take-up rates.
