HONG KONG: A landmark trade agreement to be signed by China and Hong Kong today could provide a framework for talks between Beijing and South-East Asian nations to forge the largest free trade zone in the world, business groups say.
“A structure has been formed under Cepa (Closer Economic Partnership Agreement) and that will help China in future (trade) talks,” Chan Wai Kwan, senior director at Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, said on Friday.
