MBf Capital Bhd expects trading in its shares to resume in September, said managing director Datuk Azizan Abdul Rahman.
Having obtained shareholders' approval for its restructuring proposal at an EGM about six weeks ago, the company would now seek court sanction for the scheme before approaching the KLSE for a date to resume trading in its shares, he said.
