Keck Seng (M) Bhd is looking for more land to expand oil palm cultivation, as the division remains the main revenue earner for the company, contributing RM399.198mil in the 2002 financial year.
Managing director Ho Kian Hock said despite having a smaller acreage of mature palm oil, profits from the division increased in tandem with the strong recovery in crude palm oil prices in 2001.
