SunCity to launch two projects in Shah Alam

SUNWAY City Bhd (SunCity) will be launching two new residential projects in Shah Alam on optimism of good growth potential of the new Guthrie Corridor. 

Deputy managing director (property development) Ngian Siew Siong said that Sunway Kayangan, sited on 103 acres next to the Monterez Golf and Country Resort, would be launched in the middle of next month. The second project, on 100 acres about a kilometre away, is scheduled for launch in June next year.
