Malaysia Mining Corp Bhd (MMC) said it now holds a 97.77% stake in MMC Engineering, or 30.927 million shares, after the close yesterday of its voluntary offer to buy the balance shares it did not own.
MMC had made a voluntary offer to buy the remaining MMC Engineering shares on the basis of RM4.30 cash for every MMC Engineering share or the issue of two MMC shares for every MMC Engineering share held.
