THE continued rally on the US stock market, fuelled by the belief that the American economy has been stable since the end of the Iraq war, helped boost sentiment on stock markets in Asia.
The US Federal Reserve said in an economic report that there were signs of increased activity in April and May, and that there were no widespread inflationary or deflationary pressures.
