SHENYANG: The long-awaited fraud trial of Yang Bin, a Dutch-Chinese businessman picked by North Korea to run a short-lived free trade zone, began yesterday in the city of Shenyang.
Yang, 40, faces an array of charges relating to financial irregularities that could send him to jail for life.
