Leaders should respect their staff

IT is strange that leaders, who should know how to handle men, could dangerously neglect their men. Corporate leaders can have an illusive sense of self-importance, which is a relic of the old days of the knight-heroes.  

The ancient wars were of smaller scale and battles could be won with just a handful of knights, who were often champion fighters and of noble status.
