  • KULIM shares were chased to a high of RM2.48 yesterday before falling back to close unchanged at RM2.38 on volume of 345,200 shares. The early rise was attributed to news that the company would pay parent company Johor Corp Bhd RM95.1mil to acquire plantations in Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, increasing its plantation assets to 140,000 ha from 66,000 ha.

  • EG.Com: THIS parquet flooring and audio speaker manufacturer saw its share price jump 30.8% yesterday to RM1.23 largely on speculative trade.
