CSM Corp Bhd, a PN4 company, said it had on June 5 entered into a restructuring agreement with Dutarama Sdn Bhd, a proposed new holding company, to facilitate its restructuring scheme and to assume its listing status on the KLSE main board.

In conjunction with the restructure, CSM said, its existing issued and paid-up share capital of RM82.25mil, comprising 82.25 million ordinary RM1 shares, would be reduced by cancelling RM0.90 of the par value of every share.
