YAYASAN Pembangunan Wanita Malaysia (YPWM) will acquire 80% stake in Teri Towel Manufacturing Sdn Bhd which operates the largest towel manufacturing plant in South-East Asia.
YPWM deputy-chairman Senator Datuk Nor Azah Awin said the foundation would be the first Bumiputra majority shareholder for a towel manufacturing company in the country.
