THE Singapore Exchange (SGX) has appointed Seck Wai Kwong as executive vice-president and chief financial officer, effective June 2. 

Before joining SGX, Seck was managing director and head of investment products and bancassurance group at the Development Bank of Singapore Ltd. – AFX
