Four companies reprimanded by KLSE

THE KLSE has publicly reprimanded four companies – KSU Holdings Bhd, Kuala Lumpur Industries Holdings Bhd (KLIH), Brisdale Holdings Bhd and SJA Bhd, for breaching the exchange’s listing requirements.

KLSE said in a statement that KSU Holdings had failed to make an immediate announcement to the exchange when a winding up petition was served on its wholly-owned unit, Kumpulan Sepang Sdn Bhd, on Nov 18, 2002 by Kiew Hwa Landscape Sdn Bhd for a claim worth RM142,810.
