Swedish Marque appointed as Volvo dealer for east KL

VOLVO Car Malaysia has appointed Swedish Marque Sdn Bhd as an authorised dealer for the East Kuala Lumpur territory.  

Swedish Marque will open a new showroom in Jalan Ampang and build a new comprehensive service centre at Jalan Sungei Besi. 

With the opening of these new facilities in August 2003, Volvo would have 7 showrooms and 8 service centres located at key market centres throughout the peninsula.  

Volvo Car Malaysia managing director Wong Lup Hang said in a statement : “We believe the appointment of Swedish Marque as our dealer not only complements but enhances our dealership network.  

“This will allow us to serve customers better in areas where we have not had a significant presence before. 

“This appointment is line with our objective to continue to strengthen our position as a premium car brand in Malaysia,” he said.
