Lower Q3 pre-tax profit but higher revenue for IOI

IOI Corp Bhd has posted a lower pre-tax profit of RM159.8mil for the third quarter ended March 31, against RM173.6mil in the previous corresponding period, despite a 73% surge in revenue to RM1.123bil from RM650.6mil a year ago. 

Net profit dropped 17% to RM86.5mil from RM103.7mil previously, while earnings per share came in at 9.3 sen, compared with 12.22 sen a year earlier.
