Hong Leong Bank Bhd (HLBB) plans to expand its call centre service staff by a further 30% at the end of this year to cope with the increased demand for its services, said Foo Seik Chiang, its senior manager of direct banking (consumer banking division).
The bank has extended the coverage of its call centre to supporting and cross-selling products and financial services following the deployment of the Genesys Framework, Genesys Enterprise Routing and Genesys Outbound Contac solutions in the banks operations by Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, a subsidiary of Alcatel.
