OCBC Bank (M) Bhd, one of the largest foreign banks in the country, has unveiled its latest home loan package, Group Discount scheme for house buyers who are looking for a further discount on their first year of interest rate on the bank's already competitive home loan rates.
OCBC said in a statement customers could enjoy a discount of up to 0.6% per annum on the first year interest rate when they get two or more friends/relatives to apply for the housing loans collectively.
