WTK Holdings Bhd expects its joint venture with the Kedah government in heli-harvesting using helicopters to transport logs to be a significant contributor to its earnings, said deputy chairman Lt General (Rtd) Datuk Seri Abdul Manap Ibrahim.
He estimated that revenue from the joint venture over a five-year period and covering 72,934ha in the Ulu Muda forest reserve could touch RM1.5bil.
